This evening will be in Dutch and showcases writer and part-time islander Adwin de Kluyver about his favorite islands on which people try or tried to make some claim of sovereignity. There will be music from the amazing choir Slavuj, singing songs from areas where the borders never really consolidated, like the Blacjk Sea and the Balkans. Graphic designer Floor Koomen will take us to Cabinda with a presentation about the De Facto state near Congo and massive oil fields. Jorie Horsthuis will share her impressions from a recent trip to Kosovo and there is a quiz by researcher Suzanne Hendriks. Last but not least we have our youngest guest ever: Nelis Smouter, who created his own state Tinelië. Travel along with us!
